1. Subject of the Promotion
This promotion, promoted by Le Cantine di Corte, provides for the application of a discount equal to 16.66% (equivalent to 1/6 of the total value) on the list price of each individual bottle, upon the purchase of a full carton of 6 units.
2. Validity and Limitations (First Carton)
The promotion is strictly limited to only one carton of 6 bottles per customer/household.
- The discount will be applied exclusively to the first carton purchased.
- Any additional cartons in the same order, or orders following the first, will be charged at the current list price.
- The company reserves the right to cancel orders traceable to duplicate accounts created to circumvent this limit.
3. Included Products
The offer is valid only on single-variety cartons of the following selected products from the catalog:
- Olive Oil “Il Delicato” 1 Lt
- Extra Virgin Oil “Il Dolce” 1 Lt
- Extra Virgin Oil “Il Fruttato” 1 Lt
- Extra Virgin Oil “Il Mosto” 0.75 Lt
4. "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee
If the product is not to the customer's liking, it is possible to request a refund for the unused bottles within 30 days of receipt, under the following conditions:
- The refund is applicable only if the returned bottles are intact, sealed, and never opened.
- The customer may keep the opened bottle used for the tasting test (the cost of which is covered by the discount applied to the carton).
5. Return Procedure and Packaging Obligations
The collection of the goods will be organized by the company through its own express courier.
- Mandatory Packaging: The customer is required to return the bottles using the original packaging received upon delivery, designed to ensure the safety of the glass. In the absence of the original packaging, the customer must provide equivalent protection. The company reserves the right not to refund bottles received broken due to unsuitable packaging.
6. Territorial Limitations for Free Collection
The transport costs for the collection of the goods are entirely borne by [Your Company Name] exclusively for residents in the following provinces:
- Piacenza, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna, Pavia, Cremona, Bergamo, Brescia, Lodi, and Novara.
- For customers residing in all other provinces, the guarantee remains valid but the shipping costs for the return are exclusively borne by the customer, who must send the goods to our warehouse at Via San Damiano 2\A Loc. Chiavenna Landi, 29016 Cortemaggiore PC.
7. Verification and Refund Times
The refund will be processed only after the goods have returned to our warehouse.
- Inspection: Staff will check the integrity of the seals and the preservation status of the bottles.
- Issuing Refund: Once the suitability of the return is confirmed, the refund (equal to the value of the returned bottles calculated at the discounted purchase price) will be issued within 10 working days.
