1. Shipping and Logistics
We handle every shipment with the utmost care to preserve the quality of our oil.
- Delivery times: Delivery usually takes place within 10 working days from order confirmation.
- Shipping Costs:
- For orders over €110.00, shipping is free.
- For orders under €110.00, a shipping fee of €9.00 is required.
- Local Delivery (Neighboring Provinces): For orders placed in the provinces neighboring our headquarters (Piacenza, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna, Pavia, Cremona, Bergamo, Brescia, Lodi, Pavia, Novara), delivery is handled directly by our internal couriers. This ensures superior care in transport and direct management of delivery.
- National Shipments: For all other areas, we rely on expert logistics partners specialized in transporting food and fragile products.
2. Returns and Refund Policy
According to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of foodstuffs that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Since oil is a product sensitive to external factors, it is not possible to make returns or refunds for a change of mind after delivery. This policy protects food safety and ensures that the product is not altered due to uncontrolled transport or improper storage.
3. Support, Anomalies, and Breakages
In case of damaged goods or shipping errors, we are at your complete disposal:

- Documentation: We ask you to send us a photo of the packaging and the damaged goods by email.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement of the product at our expense.
