Subject and Products
This contract concerns the terms of sale of food products available on the website saporidicorte.it between the company Le Cantine di Corte and the end user. As these are food products, post-delivery storage is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their organoleptic properties.
Shipping and Delivery Costs
Deliveries are made by internal staff or specialized express couriers. All prices include VAT.
- Free Shipping Threshold: For orders equal to or greater than €110.00, shipping is free.
- Shipping Contribution: For orders under €110.00, a fixed contribution of €9.00 will be charged for transport costs.
- Integrity of goods: Given the fragility of the packaging (glass), the customer is required to check the number of packages and the integrity of the parcel at the time of delivery. Any breakages must be reported immediately to the courier by writing on the delivery note “Control reserve for damaged package\suspected oil spillage”.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card: Securely managed through payment gateways integrated into the site.
Right of Withdrawal and Food Products
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- However, for bottles of oil that are still sealed, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Warranty and Non-Conformity Defects
In the case of a defective product (e.g. oil with obvious organoleptic defects not resulting from poor customer storage), the Owner will arrange for replacement after verifying the report within the legal time limits.
