The Promotion allows you to benefit from free shipping only with the simultaneous purchase of 3 (three) bottles of oil among those included in the selection.

2. How to Opt In at Checkout

To take advantage of the benefit, the user must explicitly select the "Tasting Shipping" option (shown at zero cost) in the relevant section during the checkout process.

  • The option is valid only for orders containing exactly 3 bottles.
  • Failure to select the correct shipping method at purchase will not entitle you to later refunds of shipping costs.

3. Exclusion of Returns and Refunds

As these are perishable, sealed food products, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code:

  • Returns are not allowed due to second thoughts or change of mind.
  • No monetary refunds are provided for purchases made under this promotion.

4. Handling of Damaged Items

By way of exception to the previous point, if one or more bottles are damaged during transport, the Seller undertakes to provide a free replacement of the damaged item under the following conditions:

  • The customer must send a written report (by email to info@cantinedicorte.it) including photographic documentation of the damage.
  • The report must be received within no later than 24 hours from delivery (the courier tracking time will be deemed proof).
  • Once the damage is verified, Le Cantine di Corte will ship a new replacement item at its own expense as soon as possible. Reports beyond the 24-hour limit will not be considered.

5. Limitations

The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or subscriptions. Valid while supplies last.
